Responsibilities
1. (60%) Develop new distributors and customers across Southeast Asia. Follow up on sales
leads from trade shows and business meetings (in English or local SE Asian languages),
ensuring follow-ups are completed on time and converted.
2. Manage existing distributors in Southeast Asia; coordinate with internal departments —
engineering, marketing, product development — in Chinese; monitor competitor activity
and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
3. (10%) Technical writing and marketing materials in English.
4. (25%) Distributor visits, trade shows and sales lead follow-up.
5. (5%) Assist other territories and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
1. National of a Southeast Asian country, eligible to work in China (B-type work visa
sponsorship provided).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; mechanical, automation, electronics, instrumentation or
related fields preferred.
3. 1–2 years of work experience, in either a technical or sales role.
4. Fully bilingual in English and Chinese at business-working proficiency; conversational
Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay or other SE Asian languages a strong plus.
5. Strong sales potential: quick thinker, excellent communicator, clear goal orientation and
results-driven.
6. Prior international or cross-cultural experience preferred; willing to travel occasionally
within Southeast Asia.
