# 1. Business Scope

The company specializes in various wire harnesses, cable assemblies, precision connectors and terminals, supporting applications for automotive electronics, industrial, new energy, medical equipment, robotics and other industries. We undertake global ODM/OEM custom wire harness foreign trade orders. We are expanding our overseas team and recruiting senior foreign trade specialists to develop overseas markets.

# 2. Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and grow overseas markets; independently explore new overseas markets, customers and channels covering automotive, industrial, medical, new energy, robotics and other sectors.
2. Manage the full business cycle including customer communication, quotation, sampling, order confirmation and delivery, and oversee the complete foreign trade process.
3. Maintain new and existing overseas customers, tap into their procurement demands across industries, and improve repeat order rates and order volume.
4. Conduct business negotiations and customer relationship management, and continuously build and expand the overseas customer resource pool.

# 3. Job Requirements

1. Industry Background: Relevant working experience in wire harnesses, connectors, or ODM/OEM foreign trade; familiarity with supporting business in any related sector is acceptable.
2. Competency (meet either criterion):
(1) Resource-backed Candidate: Solid industry experience with established overseas customer resources, capable of generating sales performance shortly after onboarding.
(2) Market Developer: No existing customer portfolio required. Strong capability in independent overseas customer acquisition and market development, proven track record of building markets from scratch.
3. Comprehensive Evaluation: The company adopts a holistic recruitment assessment, evaluating candidates’ previous working background, mindset, career planning, personal goals and internal motivation. Candidates with integrity, pragmatism, strong negotiation, coordination and stress resilience are preferred.
