The Role

Evira is seeking experienced native English-speaking corporate trainers and facilitators for freelance, part-time and project-based assignments with corporate clients in China.
This is not primarily an ESL teaching position. We are looking for professionals with demonstrated corporate training, facilitation or professional-development experience.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 3 years of relevant corporate training, facilitation or professional-development experience
- Experience delivering workshops to managers, professionals or corporate teams
- Strong facilitation and participant-engagement skills
- Professional credibility and presence
- The ability to create practical, interactive learning rather than simply lecture
- Experience adapting programs to different clients, industries or participant groups
- Availability for project-based work and domestic travel within China
- Basic spoken Chinese sufficient for everyday communication, local coordination and routine client/travel situations
Experience in hospitality, service industries, multinational companies, consulting, management or organizational development is particularly valuable.

Engagement

Freelance / Part-Time / Project-Based
Assignments may include one-day workshops, multi-day training programs, customized corporate training projects, management-development programs and longer-term learning and development assignments.

Compensation is agreed according to trainer experience, assignment scope, preparation requirements and delivery format. Project and full-day trainer fees may be agreed separately. Travel expenses for out-of-city assignments will be agreed separately.

Location

Current priority locations include Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiyang and Kunming, although experienced trainers elsewhere in China who are willing to travel are encouraged to apply.
